General Contest Rules

• Winners of any prize on KFMF/KALF/KQPT/KZAP cannot win another prize for 30 calendar days from any station at Regent Communications.

• Winners of any prize valued at $600 or more on KFMF/KALF/KQPT/KZAP cannot win another prize valued at $600 or more for one calendar year, from any of the four stations here at Regent Communications.

• Employees and immediate family members of employees of KFMF, KZAP, KQPT, KALF, Regent Communications, it’s affiliates, participating sponsors, their subsidiaries, other radio stations, or promotion agencies are not eligible to participate.

• All rules and restrictions are subject to final review by Regent Communications and may be modified or the Contest may be terminated at any time at the discretion of Regent Communications

• Prizes are non-transferable, redeemable, assignable or exchangeable. Prize does not include any other item not specifically described in the Official Rules, and all additional expenses, if any, are the sole responsibility of winner. Regent Communications and it’s sponsors make no warranty, either express or implied, regarding the use and enjoyment of the prize.

• By entering contests, you release and agree to hold harmless Regent Communications, Inc., their employees, affiliates, participating sponsors and any of their advertising agencies, and all of their parent and affiliated entities, and the directors, officers, employees and agents of each, from any and all liability for injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes (including, but not limited to, the acceptance, possession, use, misuse and nonuse of any prize or component thereof). ANY PERSON ATTEMPTING TO DEFRAUD SPONSORS AND/OR Regent Communications, INC. OR IN ANY WAY TAMPER WITH, DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF ANY CONTEST WILL BE DISQUALIFIED AND MAY BE SUBJECT TO CIVIL AND/OR CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
